Criminal Behaviour Order Issued

Community Update :

Dear Residents,

We want to keep you informed and help protect our community.

On 18 May 2026, a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) was issued at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court against Curtis Collingwood Williams. This order has been put in place to prevent further offences and safeguard local businesses and the wider public.

Key Restrictions Include:

Prohibited from entering any shop or business where he has already been banned

Must leave any retail premises immediately if asked by staff or security

Banned from all Farm foods stores within the M25 area

Must not possess items (e.g. wallets, cards) belonging to others without clear proof of ownership

Must not carry unpaid retail goods (including tagged or packaged items) beyond the point of payment without a valid receipt

Why This Matters
These restrictions are legally enforceable and designed to reduce shop-related offending and protect businesses and residents alike.

What You Can Do
If you witness behaviour that you believe breaches this order:

Call 101 to report non-emergency concerns

Call 999 immediately in an emergency
